The program rates start at 3.75 percent, and LTVs are as high as 75 percent. We offer terms out to 10 years with 30 year amortizations.

Equity and Mezzanine Financing

HUD and FHA Loans

Our HUD and FHA programs help you purchase or refinance multifamily rental buildings, senior housing and healthcare facilities. These loans are designed for new construction or significant rehabilitation of these properties. Parameters of this program include:

  • Loans ranging from $2 million to $50 million
  • Low permanent fixed rates
  • Loans that are non-recourse, long-term and fully amortizing
  • You may qualify for credit enhancement for financing that is tax-exempt

Construction Financing

We provide loans for development that often qualify for permanent financing. This program is offered to sponsors or principles with track records of equity in their projects.
